Our turning department covers an area of approximately 2,400 m² and houses a fleet of 30 state-of-the-art CNC lathes. Each lathe is equipped with an automatic loader, ensuring high efficiency in both bar machining and secondary operations.
To guarantee maximum precision and quality, many of our machines are fitted with advanced integrated Marposs systems. These allow real-time measurement and automatic tool correction during the production process. This setup enables us to optimize machining times, minimize tolerances, and deliver products of the highest quality standards.
