Twin-Spindle Reishauer Grinding Machines with threaded wheels are equipped with robotic systems for automatic loading and unloading. These machines can grind gears up to Ø 260 mm and module M5, using custom-designed gripping systems developed in-house.
We also operate a robotized worm grinding machine, with a processing capacity of up to Ø 50 mm and a maximum length of 270 mm. For all grinding operations, we use superabrasive wheels, which ensure high performance in terms of speed and surface finish.
