Turning
30 CNC lathes for bar machining up to Ø 100 mm and secondary operations up to Ø 200 mm, fully automated and equipped with integrated Marposs control systems.
Gear Cutting
16 CNC gear hobbing machines with integrated loaders, suitable for splined shafts and skiving up to module M3, internal gears, and rack cutting.
Gear and Worm Grinding
We operate 4 twin-spindle, robotized Reishauer gear profile grinding machines with capacity up to Ø 260 mm and module M5, as well as 1 robotized worm grinding machine.
Finishing Department
This department handles operations such as chamfering, deburring, flanging, assembly, hole reworking, and parts washing.
Tooling Department
This department is dedicated to the design, engineering, and manufacturing of custom tooling. Our in-house capabilities allow us to develop equipment tailored to each project, helping our customers optimize both time and cost.
Quality Control
We have two climate-controlled metrology rooms located at the heart of our production departments, where all inspections and documentation related to our production batches are recorded and archived. This ensures detailed and rapid traceability, supporting the high quality of our products in compliance with EN ISO 9001 standards.
Raw Material Warehouse
We manage a 1,000 m² raw material warehouse equipped with Cantilever racking systems. Various types of saws are available to support a wide range of cutting operations.
Finished Goods Warehouse and Shipping
We manage over 1,000 m² of finished goods storage to support our customers’ needs and production planning.
