Our latest-generation CNC gear hobbing machines are equipped with integrated loading systems and are categorized by type and configuration, including both horizontal and vertical models. These machines offer machining capabilities ranging from Ø 8 to Ø 280 and up to module M5, ensuring high productivity. They are designed to use special carbide hobs, suitable for gear cutting on both untreated and heat-treated materials, up to a hardness of 62 HRC, and are ideal for skiving operations.
Our CNC gear shaping machine is specifically designed for internal or blind gear cutting. It features an electronic guide that enables the production of helical gears as well, with capacities up to module M5 and Ø 280.
We also operate a high-speed gear milling machine for machining plates and racks up to 200 mm in width and 500 mm in length.
