Precision Module Gears
Since 2002, we have been manufacturing toothed gears using modern CNC gear hobbing machines. Thanks to these machines and high-precision gear cutters, we can produce gears in DIN class ≥ 7, making shaving finishes unnecessary. Module range from M0.3 to M6, up to 260 mm in diameter.
Skiving-Finished gears
To ensure precision after heat treatment, we can perform a skiving finish using high-precision gear cutters up to AAAA class, for modules up to M3, achieving DIN class ≥ 8 accuracy.
