The history

How we started

Our first experience with machine tools dates back to 1985 and then we proceeded, in a continuous evolution, from hydraulic lathes to CNC lathes, from 2-axis to 2-headed 4-axis, from single-turret to 6-axis with 3 turrets, for a total today of 27 CNC lathes.

At the same time, we have also purchased hobbing machines, where from simple machines with manual loading we have moved over the years to mechanical machines with automatic loading until today we have 16 new hobbing machines with automatic loading.

In 2014, we purchased our first grinding machines, first for gears and then for worm screws. Today, our fleet includes three twin-spindle Reishauer grinding machines with robot loading, for medium and large series.

The investments continue with the purchase of broaching machines, flat and cylindrical grinding machines and machining centres, all of the latest Cnc generation.

In the machining and machines section you can see the list of productive machines which is updated on average every 6 months.
